BFC = Basic Facilitator Course 2007
3 simple words may mean nothing to you, but ALOT to me. Attended the outward bound course that was supposed to be held for over a period of 5 days. But i only managed to catch the last 2 days becoz SL aka Kongpo rejected my leave request. What the ....
Nevertheless, it was super enriching for me. I've:
- Tried flying fox (25 metres off the ground!)
- Tried rock climbing (Also at least 20 metres)
- Took the leap of faith aka the matrix style (20 metres off the ground)
- Kena shot many times ([Pain]tball, heh heh)
- Got 3 tones darker (Chao tah)
- Gobbled on a raw egg (with the shell as a whole!)
- Made 18 new friends
- Got some wounds healed (Afffairs of the heart - most important)
The BFC course taught me a lot. We didn't do perfectly well, but its abt building inner faith, courage, and having trust in one another. You have nothing but your team for support 20 metres off the ground, with only a strope attached to your body and nothing else. I never thought i could overcome my fear of heights. But at the end of the day, i checked out of the course a FEARLESS gal. Yeah!
Eve mentioned that i was lucky to have been through so many adventures in my life - Became the M girl, tried all the above interesting stuff etc etc. But apart from being lucky, i felt that i fought hard for it too, and i'm proud that i've done that. No regrets.
I've uploaded a picture to let you have a feel of what i've been through.

The pole that we stood on before making that leap has a supporting radius for only 2 feet! And not forgetting, at least 10 - 15 metres off the ground. OMG....
